Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Static Nails products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on new or gently used items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like liquid adhesives and custom sets may be final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email or directly through the portal.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
